Mr. Eghianruwa combines experience in Marketing, Risk Management, and Insurance. He is a Chartered Insurer and Member, Society of Fellows, The Chartered Insurance Institute, London; Specialist Member of the Institute of Risk Management, UK; and Associate, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.

Amadin has over 40 years working experience with the last 31 years in Top Management and CEO positions including: Founding CEO, NICON Sao Tome & Principe; Manager, Nigeria Aviation Pool; Senior Manager & Head, Marine & Aviation and Marketing/Clients Services & Strategy, NICON Insurance Corporation; Vice President, International Energy Insurance Plc; CEO, Brightways Insurance Brokers Limited; and Transformation Manager, NICON Insurance Corporation Vision 2003.

Mr. Eghianruwa has extensive experience in Training and policy/implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and other Change Management processes.

He is the Founder and managing Consultant of Pivots & Achievers Limited and the Managing Director and Chief Executive of ICONS Insurance Brokers Limited.
